Notes : Every spot was working and crowded. Paddled out at Cap and the immediate problem was KELP KELP KELP A few waves I had to surf around the kelp bed like people. The water was very transluscent/green so when you were on a wave you could see the giant dark mass of kelp down the line – a couple of times I just went ass over end. There was an eight to 10 wave set during the session that I missed – those waves (each were progressively bigger) were some of the nicest I have seen at Cap in a while and well over head high.
