Notes : overcast. more or less glass. sizable creek peak. the left was wide open shoulder – fat faced- lots of good long boarders and short boarders on the peak- so you really had to watch out that someone wasn’t coming screaming down the line- not the session for any “shoulder hopping johnny’s” sets that were closing out were not family fun time if you were caught on the inside…

Notes : dox was not nearly as crowded as yesterday – why?? I have no idea. maybe because it was pretty overcast and foggy this morning. but great classic mellow docs aves on tap- kinda glassy – very easy going – longer than usual rides- 17 waves according to dawn patrol – I would have to say not a bum among them- surfed really well – caught virtually every wave I paddled for- really nice when that happens – smooth – no kooky flailing like I usually do…

Notes : B lot filled at 715 am. Clear. windless. Glass. big pod at the pandibar to creek axis. dox was less congested so off I went. some very nice solid waist high runners on tap. I waited outside for the sets – opting out of the inside pod – the inside was also very nice. The about an hour in and dox also became very crowded. Despite it all managed 3 waves (of my 10) that cracked 410 feet – which is good for me distance wise at the mar – none of that was whitewater – pure trim/shoulder…

Notes : Clear skies. Windless. Glass. The creek was packed – in fact at 7:15 am the B lot was almost full!  however almost everyone was concentrating on the left . I went immediately to the Right which was also working but had a CLEAR flight path with nobody in the impact zone. I could do no wrong. I missed exactly three waves – everything else – I paddled – I got- very good sesh.

Notes : Clearish skies. almost glass – slight surface chop.Back again at the creek – but a damn site bigger. hollowed out and folding over quick. I quickly retired to the Right- nice wedges – spunky and hefty. I never got the dream wedge I was angling for – just a day late and a dollar short for the entire sesh – still got some shoulders…

Notes : Hook was low tide ad happening. from lids mar in the line up was C ad C. First hour was pretty good- very well groomed thigh to waist high runners. That afternoon decided to hit Maresa with Lammy S and Em. (Tina opted for the hike option at fern). Manresa was very ice – albeit overcast and cloudy. nice little runners in from t of the lifeguard stand. Give Em a little lesson on the magic dove – but it wasn’t the best conditions for a first time out as the little wave was folding over pretty quick with little room for a whitewater stand up. I the got a few- trunked it…
