Notes : Still a bit of a closeout horror show. I hemmed and hawed for a long time hoping it would get better. Finally a few said that the pump house right was better than it looked from the lot. Indeed it was offering up some corners and I surfed so-so. I did manage a really really good right where I was perfectly positioned – best wave of the session …

Notes : Well the magic dove is back and repaired by Woody. So easy and liteweight to paddle. Nice and clean at the Creek- felt easy to get into waves. However I missed a massive picture perfect clean right – with a massive open green face – just couldn’t pop up in time so body b oared it – my god it was good – unfortunately it was the stand out of the set – the one that got away…
