Notes : it was hella onshore, overcast, chilly – choppy as all get out. spent a long time looking at boat dox- seemed like it had some size -just very unappetizing. Decided to take a pass and as I was walking to the car M3 stopped me and said what spot i was going to surf. I told i was going to take a pass and he was having none of it- he convinced me it would be worth it- we both paddled out at boatdox. he was right. out in the mix it really had some size. there were 3 kinds of waves. chunks – good for 30 yards- wedges good for 60 yards+ and then the outside SLABS which i got a couple of – pretty sizable for me. all in all glad i did it – almost a three
