Notes : some soft glasssy boatdox lines. however end of the session slip. thinking about sending this to the doctor: This morning (Sunday Oct 2) while surfing at the end of a small wave my left foot slipped and slid over to the right side of my board. I felt something give way in my knee. I didn’t fall on the board, rock or ocean floor but more twisted it awkwardly. I immediately felt like I had done something to my knee but it wasn’t debilitating. There was a pain but I still had mobility. I decided to get out of the water. About an hour later the pain and sorness got worse. As the day progressed I had to keep my leg outstretched under my desk at work. The pain in the left knee is just near the kneecap on the right side. I still have mobility but there is pain and stiffness. I though it prudent not to surf tomorrow Monday but I have an important surf competition that I compete in every year that is this Saturday October 8.) Should I come in? I can come in anytime.
