Notes : Largely flattish and clean. But there was a breaking wave at Hotels with a few folk on it. Problem was it was lumpy, dumpy and grumpy – folded over fast and then piddled out – managed to get exactly two somewhat ridable sections that were okay- but largely it was a session – peak wise- of being in the wrong place at the wrong time…

Notes : Went down with Tina – Memorial Day – crowded. strong rip. crazy circular wind that would blow off shore and then on shore and the cross shore. alot of paddling just to keep in place. the surface was all ripped up – but there was a few very nice corners in all the turbulence – I just couldn’t score that many…

Notes : Alot of hemming and hawing. First looking at the hook. Then looking at Privates. Then going down and looking at Capitola – which was okay but too crowded. In the end went back to Privates. Only five people out – a family – everyone in the family was annoying and a lot mouth. They all thought they were kelly slaters. they all sucked and wouldn’t shut up. The first wave  I got was pretty damn good – a long right that I surfed well. Then I paddled all the way down (for me) to Sharks to get away from the family du imbecilė. Sharks  was just so-so. After a while I paddled back to privates – the family was gone and so were the waves. all in all should have stuck with CRAPITOLA. but it was  all worth that one killer wave…

Notes : Another nice dox session. sets were very clean and well groomed. a little more crowded – but a nice crowd – everyone taking turns and joking- very nice morning – scored a few gems

Notes : Wow. clear and relatively clean. lots of size. plus super low tide. It was dumpy at first but then cleaned up really quick – so that open waist to shoulder high lefts were pushing through. surfed really well – from wave selection to pop up – to footwork- great session…
