Notes : Well, we finally made it out to the Bo. It was breaking way way outside at the Patch. Long paddle out and about 8 people in the pod – a fair number of Linda Marians. The sets would kind of stack up and look big- you had to be right at the peak and it would just crumble over into white water – then you had to work the wave – to find the section- a long meandering soft puzzle piece – not very fast – and then. it would just Peter out about half way to the beach. Then you would just paddle back out. Nice session while it lasted but kind of creepy being so far out there. Great lunch after at coast Cafe. On the way home we listened to Love Forever Changes – that is the way you have to listen to that majestic California orchestral art piece!!

Notes : A very mellow rapidly going low tide boat dox with alot of kelp. Still had its moments – and only about three of us out. Glad I did it. The B lot was closed because County Construction workers were having a “bulldozer” competition seeing which driver was the most adept bulldozer / forklift operator. Pretty interesting to watch.

Notes : Pretty flat except in front of Taco Bell. Was going to pass but then M . said paddle out with me. Glad I did. weak and flattish but I managed to wrangle 2 or 3 not band twisty turns soft mush burgers that were fun!
