Notes : A little bit of size at the dox – there were outside sets coming thru and the crowd was mellow. I managed to get in position for a number of primo classic docs waves – but throughout the session for one reason or another I was never right up on it- two times it was just pure bad old man slow pop up – one time I didn’t get up because I bodyboarder around a soft top kook because it was too late to pop up and steer around. However in all the cases I was able to salvage the ride because the waves were substantial enough to get a nice ride – just if I had been up instantly it would have been so much nicer… Alas…

Notes : Another day of massive crowds. Likely due to BOLINAS beach being totally shut down because of tainted water from the hill pipes. Many folks talking about it in the lineup- So likely this is a weekend issue due to the fact 100+ NorCal Bolinas surfers need a place to surf and Linda South End is closest to the beginner /intermediate vibe of Bolinas. I stayed at Dox the whole session. Some very nice set waves. Stuff kept pushing through thru the high tide. Some very nice long meandering lefts…

Notes : Massive crowd. 56 at creek peak at 745 am. A record. I consider 20+ crowded. Headed to dox where I got a few – then the hi tide deadened it. So I ventured to the Creek and the crowd. Very very careful. They were very speedy rights and lefts – folding over real quick. I got a right that held. Then waited and waited – aborted many a ride because it looked like hot would hold but fell into a massive close out. Finally got a left – very nice – it opened up – no one in my flight path. Good last session wave.

Notes : Clean , shoulder high well groomed glass at the creek. but way overcrowded. so I started oot at the dox which just had too much water and after one wave paddled over to the circus. glad I did – managed to get some really nice lefts – very clean – nice push – and avoided all other surfers – at one point I counted 56!!!

Notes : Wild and unruly. Jumbled. Overcast. Closed out at the creek. Foamy and undulating at dox. Only about 4 of us on it – paddling into softish hodge podge waves that bobbed and weaved with open sections. I could,’t connect at all – however I got one set wave – my redemption wave that made up the entire session…

Notes : It was a small but clean -mehh session at the creek. pretty tiny – but every 20 minutes or so a little well groomed right hander would come thru- I missed virtually every single one of them…

Notes : Glassy lefts and rights at the creek. Crowd was thick but not crazy. I stuck with the Right and hung outside nd got two awesome rights. Then it went DEAD for almost twenty minutes. Then a slight onshore started – and the waves came back – just like that just with a little bit of flurry on the surface – but still – Killer session

Notes : Creek was manic again – but dox was less crowded. Only 4 people on it. and the first hour there were sets coming thru and I reckon I got my best boat dox wave of the month- a glassy all shoulder left – spectacular.

Notes : My god all everybody was talking about was the crowd. B lot sold out at 715 am – got the last spot. the creek had about 30 people on it. I played the waiting game at the dox and got some really nice waves – but it eventually also got crowded – and then thinned out a bit. From north to south it was packed – with waves everywhere – most folks were saying the A lot pump house really was the best – and most manageable crowd wise.
