Notes : Wow- really macking at the Hook and I hesitated but G. said do it. Clear skies – clean and head high. Shortboarder mostly at 1st and 2nd peak. Walked along the rocks as the tide fell (slipped and tweaked knee) but down by sharks it was less crowded and really working – nice waist to head high sets. both of us aurfed well – I wish I had nailed some of my waves with a little more poise and not been so jerky-jerky. It was pretty flat up and down the Easdt Side- but we gave the Point a try because it seemed like the only thing close to surf able.
