Notes : drove all the way down to Capitola- but it was just a tad too big for comfort… really on the edge – almost did it – bit just too big and hollow on the tomahawk close out sets

Notes : smaller and cleaner but a fucking zoo. after the first 45 minutes it flattened out and was a real long wait to get a ride. i selected poorly and it was not the type of day where you could select poorly… great to see odle in the lineup – looking like ‘ole grizzly adams….

Notes : Damn I got some good heavy wonky rides. BUT IT WAS BIG!!! at least for me. close out sets were very heavy. plus it was the weekend and not raining- every jabrone in town was in the water – and they should not have been because they were getting slaughtered and run over. had to use all my skills on the waves i got to avoid hitting people. C2 got run over by J4 but somehow got out of it unscathed. Man those waves were large and wonky- they whipsawed you and then reformed into kickass trim lines. however , in the end i got out after an hour… just too many folk not knowing what the hell they were doing
