Notes : headed down to SC because LM was an onshore mess. Hook second bowl was working so I headed down to Capitola. A few folk on the far left – surfings the inside. Tide was going down so I knew it was going to start breaking outside. Indeed it did. – but not until an hour later. Reliable old outside soft breaking waves. I managed only one – but it was well worth it . it finished on a nice racy inside section
