Notes : Not bad- a littler chopped up but stuff was coming through. Super crowded though and really had to dodge people going down the line. WINTER STATS: January 2021 had 31 days. I surfed only 10 of them and had a staggering 21 No Surfing days. I think this was a combination of it being one of the biggest wave January’s that I can remember – with countless gigantor wave days-couple with the country almost falling in a Coup. February 2021 had 28 days. I surfed 16 of them and had 12 no surfing days – also a very high percentage of no surfing days. what a winter…

Notes : Clear. Cleanish. Mild wind. Fat tide made for  fat swampy sections at boatdox. I managed to pull off a number of bloated jerky jerky rides that turned out all right. My problem with the session was poor wave selection. I let at least two or three waves go by where immediately afterwards I thought “why on Earth did I let that wave go??”

Notes : Partly cloudy giving way to sunshine – windless -Chris along for the ride. Big fat hi tide action at the dox. Surfed well especially for the first thirty min Utes and managed some nice waist hi fatty’s. it was not small – and I wouldn’t say it was big – somewhere in between – good session

Notes :Clear and still a bit jumbled. Right away Grabbed a great left that held up and managed a freaky “hood ornament”. The I managed another left that had a reform right. Decided that was it. Two okay waves in 20 minutes. That makes Two Twenty Minute session in two days one on 22121 and another on 22221

Board : 95 magic dove is back
Notes :Clear. Windless. Crowded and jumbled up. With Chris we just watched for a while – then talked with S for a while about surf injuries, shark attacks and covid politics. Finally suited up and managed a dry hair paddle out. My gut was telling me iot was to crowded with soft top jockeys – plus a mean glare and a distressed seal in the middle of the linneup. I tried to take off on a couple but there was always someone in the flight path. Finally managed a half baked  left and then I swung it right for a dribbly white water finish and decided to call it in after 20 minutes – a dry hair sesh

Notes : Magic Dove out of the repair shoppe and back in action. a jumbled onshore mess at the mar so down to the village of the damned. it was clean and micro – but surf able . I got about four soft meandering  puzzle piece rides. caught some on the cam and set them to a brutal nutso Dolly Parton song that chuck played on his radio show – gimme country
