Notes : Grey. Flattish. Tried the creek. looking for corners. meh. paddled over to dox – where I should have gone to first. with M – underperformed because there were occasional waves with open corners – caught one – awkwardly – on the way out

Notes : Clear. Windless. East Coast: Pleasantly Brisk. N orCal: Cold. SoCal: Freezing. Dox had some chopped up shoulders that were harder to get into and hold onto than they looked from shore. I managed two waves in an hour only one of which was half way decent- but given the deceptive nature of the waves I’m okay with my performance…

Notes : Mostly flat, Cold and gray – slight onshore. A pod up north but looksed like they were getting nothing. Pod in front of the A lot had a good long boarder nicking some close to shore nose action inspired me to suit up. Floundereed with the kooks, after a half hour managed a close to shore shoulder that had enough of a corner that I could scramble to the nose and perch for a full second – then it petered out. that was it – it just got flatter…
