Notes : clear blue skies. more or less knee high to shoulder high mellowness at dox. Not that I was surfing bad – just wave selection. not being in the right place at the right time for the set waves. nevertheless some here and there bites at the apple before work a day…

Notes : Clear. Clean. Big. Macking on the North End. Almost didn’t go because of size. Also a lot of kooks at dox just rambling and gambling out in the line up. Strong glare also so you couldn’t.t see in front of you. I stuck to the outside- off to the side – waiting for one to swing wide. Some sets came and I barely scratched over – behind was clean up decimation of the inside lineup. I got two waves. The second one was good- I surfed it well – a lot of sections. Got out.

Notes : Crysta; blue skies – glassy – mostly flat on the south end. When way north to Hotels – where there was a nice peak that packed a punch -barely anyone on it at 715 – for the first hour it was intense little wedges with just 3 or 4 of us on it – pretty cool. had one wave that felt really speedy – checked later stat on dawn patrol and it was 30.6 MPH- think that’s the most speed for me on a wave at Linda…

Notes : Jesus Christmas for a nearly 3 hour marathon session there were not a lot of rewards. I paddled from the creek to Pandibar to Taco Bell to Middles to the A lot pump house hunting and pecking for a decent open shoulder – it was always just so so – 80% close outs the remaining 20% clean open faced shoulders were nice – but that was what I was hunting for – just never quite came up with the right place right time jackpot…

Notes : Clear and sunny. slight offshore. glassy dox lines. very nice. crowd not that bad. managed to score a couple of the set waves rolling in on the outside. Yesterday Gina called me because April had booked fri and sat at the KS Surf Ranch in Leemore. She couldn’t go but was locked in and couldn’t cancel. I said yes would do it! Fri evening four wave session then a Sat 8 wave session. But alas – it was not to be! I was justvthe back up.The first person she asked (on the east coast) said Yes  and booked a flight immediately. almost though. works out they pay about $450 a waves – which is about 3200 feet long and 45 seconds of face time…
