Notes : Big and Messy wedges and chunks. Some set waves had size. Navigated it pretty well and chose waves well. Got some nice wedges- it really got crowded as the session wore on. I guess word got out that although it looked real messy – wedges and shoulders were holding up at the DOX

Notes : it was overcast and all mixed up chop and jumbled up. the A lot and B lot were pretty empty so I was sure that I was gonna pass. However there were a bunch of folk in the water- lined up at “middles” where there’s was chopped up shoulder chunks. I suited up. better than I expected. definitely one of those session “it surfed a lot better than it looked from the lot” I wish I had surfed better – again wave selection more than anything – peak positioning- still I got some nice wedge rides…

Notes : Kinda big in front of Taco Bell again. spitting out that left. sets were big. at one point I was caught inside and had to jettison the board. thank god my leash held. I got a few gems – but overall wished my wave selection was a little better- bad positioning made me miss some waves that I should have gotten

Notes : My god that was the best day of the week. Nice left in front of Taco Bell. Lots od people but enough was coming through that you could pick and choose and wait your turn – got some nifty nose riders that really held up. My first wave – nearly 30 MPH – 625 ft- all face. some kind of record for Linda. then it settled down to side rights – but still good. very good session

Notes : overcast with lumpy dumpy and grumpy all in the ocean. started out with the hunt and peck at pandibar and the inside right “brown house”. then I settled on boat dox and there was a mushy here and there’s – so in the end it was not that bad- and not that crowded for a Saturday…
