Notes : Overcast cold small but clean. I started off in front of the A lot pump house but to no avail – just frustration. Then I paddled all the way down to the creek where there were just two lonboarders – B and the kid J. B was getting an insane amount of rides – surfing so well- they were just little glassy snapshots – but really fun- his expertise was contagious- I surfed well – My last wave a nice little right with a little bit of tip time – nice mellow  frozen session…

Notes : Cold. Clean. Partly cloudy. Windless. Surprised myself with some decent lefts – about three that were a nice shoulder length – with a nice green face – but hand to get out after 45 minutes. Crossing through the creek in bare feet – it’s like my feet are numb to the rocks – I just power over them – they could be shards of glass and its likely I wouldn’t feel it any…
