Notes : My god what a disaster on the green board. Very nice waves at the creek but I couldn’t get into them with the board. Plus I left a fin in that was way too long for the board. I really floundered on it. I did manage a set wave – a really nice head high left – but I surfed it in elegantly- but it was a relief to catch a nice one of

Notes : Repeat entries for all week because it was almost the same each morning. Rambled from A lot down to the creek – small waves each day- but relaticvely well groomed – so if you were patient and hunted and pecked you could be rewarded. Each day was clear sky, and windless and the more or less glassy. Each day I got at least “well that was a gem of a wave? But each day was a lot of hunting for that needle in the Neptune haystack. The only iffy day of the week was Friday- it was kind of piss poor – could really find a gem lots of closeouts- but overall a good week of suiting up every morning – and the crowd was relaxed and fun…
