Notes : in front of taco bell – glassy and clear skies looked a little bit better than it actually surfed- closing out but some corners here and there. in the am in the water its okay -but then later in the day i feel the residual left knee soreness- on the right leg its the top of the foot and now a charlie horse pain in the upper calf muscle- thus – for most of the day i am “hobbling”
