Notes : overcast with rights at the creek -knee to shoulder- C and C in the mix. I floundered for the first half hour but then locked in and got crazy right after right – perfectly positioned. my last right was a gem – got on it so early. also water crazy with the breaching whales – every couple of minutes

Notes : It was overcast and mushy little fold overs by the A lot. S was in and with her kids. MS was in and with his kids. M was in and with his kids- kind of trippy – they are all gonna be really good. I surfed well. That afternoon out to Novato for a paddling technique stroke analysis with RS. Great lesson and info – especially the OAR visualization to save the rotator and get more power with less effort. That night  went with tina and BS to lolinda – great food and terrible service – par for SF…
