Notes : Clean and overcast. was going to go to SC but dox looked appealing enough to stay. NO crowd.just me D and one other guy. They were somewhat difficult to get into. Dawmn patrol has me at 16 waves – six of them were okay and 1 was very good.

Notes : Rainy misty. onshore -y. cold. crumbly. Yet… the right people were coming in and going out – almost all to the doxter. indeed there were waves-lots of corners and shoulders – just from the lot it looked like a big old mess. but I suited up and out there it cleaned up and corners opened up- got some killer waves-seven exactly – because it was the first session with the down patrol Apple Watch….

Notes : Grey and overcast. slight onshore. micro at boat dox. most folk were at the north end. but there were three folk at the dexter getting lines because they were small but well groomed. I headed there. The three long boarders exited as I entered which meant I was surfing boat dox – ALONE. can’t remember when that happened before. I actually managed a number of really nice rides. definitely surf able corners. I grabbed the board on my dismount for fear that the nose would get dinged in the rocks because4 the tide was so low. definitely glad I went in…

Notes : Clear. Small but very well groomed. Very low tide. Just three of us at dox. everyone else was in front of Taco Bell – which looked too close out to me … I was on my game and slid in and popped up plenty pronto allowing for long knee high lefts. My last wave was great – almost waist high – glass like face – riding right on the tip – almost got a legit cheater five. great sash..
